RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At LIQUALUSTRE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you wish to return an item, you must notify us by email as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after receiving your order.

Returned items must:

  • Show no signs of wear or use

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return parcels. We do not accept packages sent to parcel shops, parcel lockers, or mailboxes.

All claims regarding damaged or faulty goods must be reported immediately and no later than 7 days after delivery.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Email us at info@liqualustre.com stating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Complete the return form provided and include it inside your parcel.

  3. Carefully package your item to prevent damage during transit and send your return, including proof of purchase, to:

  1. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Please allow a reasonable processing time once your return has been delivered to us.
